Most of our products are personalised using top quality embroidery. It provides a much better, premium quality effect than the print alternatives and creates a permanent effect on the items improving their appearance. However, we also offer some print alternatives on certain products where this method looks best. If you would like to discuss any print alternatives, please get in touch at email@example.com
All of our products are packaged in our luxury gift boxes and are complimentary with every order.
Orders under £100 – £7.95 for standard UK mainland delivery, £15.00 for Next Day UK mainland delivery, £19.95 for Saturday UK mainland delivery. International charges vary depending on parcel size and location.
Orders £100 and over – FREE standard UK mainland delivery
We accept payments from Visa, MasterCard, American Express or regular bank account payments, as well as PayPal, a service you do not need to sign up for to use.
Buy a gift with Singoli, £100 or over, and receive FREE delivery to mainland UK.
If you select the standard UK delivery service, the delivery aim is within twelve days, but we do ask customers to allow up to 14 working days for delivery.
If you select the Express/Next Day/Saturday service, deliveries are guaranteed to arrive on the day stated when you choose your delivery type. Next day delivery is available if ordered before 1pm Monday-Friday (after production time, of course).
All deliveries made by our courier service will require a signature. Please ensure that there will be somebody available at the delivery address who will be able to provide this. If you should miss your scheduled delivery, the courier will leave a ‘while you were out’ card where you will have the option to re-arrange delivery or collect from your local sorting office. Should the courier be unable to complete delivery and the parcel has been left at the depot for over 1 week, your order will be returned to us. In these cases, Singoli reserve the right to charge you again for any re-send costs that we incur.
Once we have received your order we will send you a confirmation email to let you know that it is being processed. We will email you again to let you know that your order has been dispatched. Your dispatch confirmation will also contain details of how to track the progress of your delivery. You can also login at any time to see the status of your order.
Tracking details of your order will be emailed to you with your dispatch confirmation. Alternatively, if you are a registered customer, these details can also be located within your order history, simply by logging into your account area and viewing your order history and courier link.
We can deliver outside the UK. International charges vary depending on parcel size and location. If you would like to discuss, please get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org
Our postage cost for Europe starts at £15.95 and for the rest of the world starts at £19.95. Ask for a quote.
This is variable and out of our control – orders to Europe normally take 4-7 working days to arrive.
Orders outside of Europe normally take 5-10 working days to arrive (after production time, of course).
If you would like to amend your order, email us at email@example.com within 30 minutes of placing the order. Please include your order number and the change(s) in which you would like to make.
Please note that we cannot guarantee amendments submitted after 30 minutes as your order may already be in production.
No. However, please see our returns and refund policy page.
If the order has been damaged in any way, then please get in contact within 10 working days of receiving the order. We will replace the products if they have been damaged. However, due to the nature of personalised products, exchanges and refunds are not available unless it is a fault on our part. Please refer to our online returns and refund policy page for full details.
Yes. As long as the message or description will fit into an embroidery frame and is not too long or doesn’t have too many characters. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss.
No. There may be the slightest possibility that the embroidery affects the item in some way and we would not be able to replace the item. Therefore, we only embroider our own products offered on our website.
A personalised gift box is included with every personalised product.
Yes. If it is a gift, we can also include a gift card with a special gift message – Just select ‘add a gift card’ option.
No. We do not include any invoice or any price in the packaging as most of our customers send direct to the recipient.
For orders being delivered to the US, we are legally required to display the contents and price of each parcel to customs.
